Our client, a public accounting firm, is looking for an experienced Federal Tax Director. This person would need to be an expert on FAS109.
Job Responsibilities:
* Work within the new Federal Tax Consulting Practice providing large project services and expertise to clients in the New York and New Jersey marketplace.
* Technical analysis in R&D credits and deductions, accounting methods, inventory or the 199 domestic manufacturing deductions.
* Develop client relationships as well as enhance our service delivery with existing clients, focusing on federal tax services.
* Provide timely, high quality client service that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations. As well as provides tax advise that enables clients to increase shareholder value

Review income tax projections.
Prepare/Review estimated tax payments, sales and use tax returns, commercial rent tax returns.
