Compliance & Asset Manager

Reports to: Senior Vice President

Salary Base of 125k

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to develop, implement and supervise policies, procedures, and systems aimed at ensuring that properties are in full compliance with all regulatory agreements and standards.

This position will grow to include supervision and monitoring of a staff of compliance analysts.

This position supports compliance efforts with all State, Federal and Loan regulations for the entire portfolio. It also assists in interpreting and resolving LIHTC and HUD compliance issues for multi-site managers and on-site personnel.

Job Requirements::
Detail orientation with strong mathematical and accounting skills
Proven Leadership abilities
Knowledge and understanding of relevant LIHTC and HUD/State regulations
Ability to read and interpret complex documents
Ability to interpret and understand tenant file information
Ability to communicate clearly
Ability to organize staff workshops regarding changes to Fair Housing regulations
Willingness to travel
Minimum B.S./B.A., with MBA a plus
4-6 years experience in Tax Credit and/or HUD Compliance
Tax Credit Certification
Accounting/ Finance background preferred
