COOP Property Manager
Co-Op Property Manager
Real estate company with multi-family residential properties in eight states across the country.
Currently seeking an experienced Co-Op Property Manager for NYC apartment buildings.
Duties include:
• Interacting with shareholders and tenants
• Attend board meetings held in the evening
• Review and evaluate capital improvement projects
• Manage and supervise union staff and other building employees
• Negotiate with contractors; make sure that bills get paid, etc.
Requirements include:
• 5-7 years of experience in co-op property management. Only candidates with co-op experience will be considered.
• Ability to work independently, travel often, and be on-call 24/7
• Demonstrated customer service skills
