Title: Sr Partnership Accountant
Base Salary: 90k plus bonus and benefits
Prestigious real estate investment firm with over 50 years in nationwide multifamily investment portfolio, seeks a senior accountant to join our accounting and asset management teams.
The Senior Partnership Accountant will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer and have responsibility for partnership accounting.
Key requirements:
7+ years experience
BA/BS degree
Crystal Reports experience a major plus
Partnership and/or real estate accounting background
Big 8 or public accounting experience
Audits/write up experience
Tax exposure
Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
CPA a plus but not required
