Project Manager

Project Manager to act as in-house developer/owner’s representative in connection with a wide range of construction projects. 

At least 2 years experience with project management (NYC based experience is a plus), including experience with DOB filings, contract management, and interfacing with expeditors and subcontractors and design professions. 

Position will report to the company’s senior project manager.”
