VP of Real Estate
The primary responsibility of the Vice President of Real Estate is to provide leadership while creating and executing the strategy in all functions relating to real estate matters for all locations. The primary goal of this position is to make recommendations to the executive team regarding real estate strategies to achieve the company's overall goals and objectives. Profession Mastery/Position Objectives/Job Duties:-The Vice President of Real Estate will be responsible for selecting the locations and store branding for all new retail locations. -Must be highly experienced in analyzing market data and selecting the proper store format based on consumer analysis, geographic factors, and store analytics. -Work closely with consulting and executive teams to read and analyze market data. -Must be familiar with high level analysis using tools such as supply and demand density, cluster demographics, and GIS components. -Must have experience in multiple format retail stores, preferably in entertainment/media retail. -Partner with other senior leaders to design, develop, and implement company-wide real estate and location strategies, while contributing meaningfully to the Company's EBITDA margin and other financial objectives. -Direct experience managing a national new store rollout of 100+ stores yearly. -Develop and manage to the annual business plan and operating and capital budgets. -Nationwide location scouting and travel required. -Must have strong negotiation and leadership skills. -Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously in different geographical areas. -This is not a construction or realtor position. -Qualified applicants must have experience analyzing, selecting, and placing retail establishments across the nation. RequirementsMinimum Education: Master's Degree in relevant field preferred, Bachelor's Degree strictly required. Minimum Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in real estate multi-unit site selection, preferably in a retail entertainment environment. Required Skills: Computer literate, detail oriented, self-starter, strong communication Skills, special proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, proficiency with SQL. Preferred Skills: SPSS, Oracle db, S-PLUSLocation: Portland, Oregon
